WARRANTY & RETURNS

We have a 14 day refund policy. You may receive a refund within 14 days from when you receive your order. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned to us less shipping and handling.

A 30 day warranty covers the movement of the watch. If the movement becomes defective within 30 days we will replace or repair the item. You may also exchange the item for another. If exchanging for an item of greater value please include a check or money order for the difference. If the item is of lesser value credit will be given.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by the buyer to the crystal, band, stem/crown. If the damage is caused from the manufacturer we will cover it under our warranty. For best care of your watch we suggest that you make sure the crowns are screwed down properly and securely and that the watch has been fitted to your wrist.
